DIGITAL LEARNING

Digital Learning Designer - Are you our next Graphical Wizard?

Join us in the fight against boring learning! We’re on a mission to make learning experiences that generate real results for companies and humans.

The job
You will become part of Learningbank’s highly skilled, creative and fast-moving team of dedicated learning passionistas.

This is the team responsible for creating cutting-edge learning games for companies like Novo Nordisk, Bang & Olufsen, Red Cross, Danske Bank, McDonald’s, etc. In only a couple of years, we have positioned ourselves on the very top of creating the best of the best within digital training. We have killed e-learning in the traditional sense and pushed the revolution of creating engaging, interactive learning games using modern technology like VR/AR.

E-learning must no longer be associated with boring, text-heavy modules followed by a predictable multiple-choice quiz. Instead, it should be involving, exciting and challenging to increase the user’s learning outcome.

Responsibilities
Your role in Learningbank will be the graphical wizard developing learning game concepts, producing graphics, and designing and implementing the product. You will play a crucial part of a team of dedicated professionals with design and learning backgrounds, where team spirit is the key driver.

Together with the team, you will create graphical universes based on the customer’s visual identity. That could be colorful floating planets inspired by Avatar, isometric cities inspired by Sim City, evil and slimy monsters inspired by Gremlins, etc.

We need a graphical genius and a quick learner, who can work closely with a team of instructional designers, learning experts, and project managers, so you will never feel alone; instead, you have a team to ping-pong with.

Moreover, you will be part of our creative workshops with customers and potentially be the project owner handling production plan, customer contact, and ensuring end-result.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a background in Digital Design, Game Design, Animation, Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or related field. Or you can even be an auto-didact illustrator used to working with computers and drawing pads.
