Team Leader - can you build and develop a new Sales Development Team?

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to build and develop a new Sales Development Team for Learningbank A/S in their office in Copenhagen. You will have a great impact on your job and on the journey of Learningbank in the creation of a completely new department. The Sales Development team is going to work closely with the Account Management team by identifying and qualifying leads into sales opportunities.

The role as a Team Leader is two-fold. This means that you will be required to lead by example. Hence, your tasks will include both sales development, coaching and running the daily operations within the department.

What you’ll do:

As a Team Leader:

  • Build, onboard, train & motivate a new team of sales developers.
  • Optimize processes in collaboration with the VP of Revenue & Growth
  • Run the daily operation of the team
  • A/B test the processes you create in a structured and measured way to help boost performance.

As a Sales Developer:

  • Identify prospects and decision-makers in midsize and large companies.
  • Contact new prospects through calls, emails and social media.
  • Nurture and qualify inbound leads
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to execute the strategy for generating opportunities.
  • Help create and manage a healthy pipeline.


Your qualities:

  • High energy and likable person that can open new doors and start relationships in a professional way.
  • You have experience in coaching and know how to develop a high-performance team.
  • A strong sales toolbox
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience and coaching
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written. (Danish and English)
  • Knowledge of onboarding, HR and Learning Management Systems is a plus.
